Suzuki Pakistan has closed its motorbike manufacturing due to low sales

Suzuki Pakistan Motor Company Limited has declared that the company’s management has decided to close its motorbike plant for six days.

The company indicated in a statement to the Pakistan Stock Exchange that it reached this decision based on the existing level of demand and alignment with output. The ready inventory will be controlled in this manner.

Suzuki Pakistan has announced that its motorbike manufacturing would be closed from December 1st to December 6th. However, the carmaker has decided to keep its automobile manufacturing open. It should be mentioned that the corporation has recently announced the shutdown of multiple factories owing to inventory constraints.

It had declared the closure of its vehicle plant until November 14th in November. Suzuki initially chose to keep its motorcycle manufacturing operating, but it has now decided to cease operations for a week.

Last month, the business announced that all Suzuki Swift variations would be upgraded to give customers with standardized and top-tier safety features. Swift models now have the following new features:

  • 6 airbags
  • Front and rear fog lamps
  • Headlamp leveling
  • Auto headlamps
  • Seatbelt reminder for all seats
  • Rear seat ISOFIX – child seat anchor
